Finale Ligure is a beautiful town in the centre of the Italian Riviera, between the green of the mountains and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.   The main feature of the area is a group of hills and a plateau full of trails overlooking the sea.   In many areas, the forest goes all the way down to the beaches.

Outdoor activities in these areas are the main reason that tourists come to Finale Ligure.   The weather is great and there are more than 300 days of sunshine each year.   Finale Ligure received an award for the European Town of Sport 2012 for a range of sports which include, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, road cycling, wind surfing, horse riding and para-gliding.
