2019 : Brasil : Costa Rica MS
Cory Wallace (Canada) and Gaia Ravaioli (Italy) take out the Elite titles in the first WEMBO event in South America. The race also saw the introduction of a category for riders with disabilities. Costa Rica was an incredibly friendly town.
2018 : Scotland : Fort William
Cory Wallace (Canada) and Kaitlyn Boyle (USA) are the names on the WEMBO trophy for 2018 after what was the toughest, and definitely the wettest, WEMBO World Solo 24 Hour Race to date !

2017 : Italy : Finale Ligure
Cory Wallace (Canada) and Gaia Ravaioli (Italy) are the new world champions! A great race with over 350 solo riders entered.

2016 : New Zealand : Rotorua
Australia's Jason English and Liz Smith took out the titles in the mountain biking capital of New Zealand. One of the closest races with Jason English and Cory Wallace battling it out until the end.
2015 : USA : Weaverville, California
Australia's Jason English and the USA's Sonya Looney took out the titles in this old gold-mining and timber town in northern California. One of the friendliest places around with the whole town embracing the event and the visiting riders.
2014 : SCOTLAND : Fort William
Riders from 25 countries took part at Fort William in perfect weather. Not just perfect for Scotland in October - perfect! Jason English prevailed again, with the local riders unable to match him, and New Zealand's Kim Hurst won the Women's race.
2013 : AUSTRALIA : Canberra
WEMBO 2 in Canberra saw big numbers of southern-hemispher riders tackle Mt Stromlo's trails. Jason English and Jess Dougls prevailed again, but it was clear that a new generation of 24 hour riders was coming up.

2012 : ITALY : Finale Ligure
The first WEMBO World Solo 24 Hour Mountain Bike Championships was held in Finale Lugure, Italy in May 2012. It was a fantastic event which brought out many 24 hour riders from European countries which had no previous record of world-championships Solo24 competition. Finale Ligure is a fantastic riding destination and we encourage you to visit there.

Held while COVID-19 was affecting the world, William Loevner and Chelsey Magness took out the first WEMBO Americas Continental Championsips.

2019 : European : Penafiel, Portugal : 21-22 September 2019
2018 : European : Bela Nizne Kamence, Slovakia : 2-3 June 2018
